I am an African American woman who proudly identifies as female, and I lead with my heart in everything I do. The phrase “I am” holds deep meaning for me; it shapes how I move through the world, speak my truth, and nourish my spirit with intention. Born in Eden, North Carolina, I carry the soul of the South with me. Hospitality, warmth, and authentic relationships are at the core of who I am. I’ve been married for 35 years, and I am the proud mother of three amazing adult children. I am also a grandmother to one wise little fur baby who comforts me in quiet moments and walks beside me through it all. I find joy in life’s simple wonders: gardening with my hands in the earth, dancing freely, traveling with curiosity, catching live theater performances, and embracing spiritual practices that ground and inspire me. Communities and connections are so very important to me, and it all begins with a great relationship.   ![IMG-0187](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/IMG-0187.jpg) ![IMG-0139](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/IMG-0139.jpg) ![IMG-4335](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/IMG-4335.jpg) ![IMG-5025](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/IMG-5025.jpg) ![IMG-6708](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/IMG-6708.jpg) ![IMG-9929](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/IMG-9929.jpg) ## Fill the Form for Session Booking & Inquiries ## Certifications:  ![Y0VOGPH6SS](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/Y0VOGPH6SS.jpg) ![WNPTVKWAXL](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/WNPTVKWAXL.jpg) ![4DC33DM0GZ](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/4DC33DM0GZ.jpg) ![8SJEZ6LOV0-1](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/8SJEZ6LOV0-1.jpg) ![E6SWAOUILL](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/E6SWAOUILL.jpg) ![PZ0MGIIAYV](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/PZ0MGIIAYV.jpg) ##### About About - [About](http://hello-itsme.com/about-us) - [Pricing](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/pricing) - [Contact Us](http://hello-itsme.com/contact-us) - [Careers](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/careers) - [Blog](http://hello-itsme.com/blog) ##### Services Services - [Stories](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/stories) - [Relationship Coaching](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/relationship-coaching) - [Friendship & Dating](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/friendship-dating) - [Live Events](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/events) ##### Download Here Download Here [![Untitled design (24)-1 3-2](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Untitled%20design%20(24)-1%203-2.jpg?width=173&height=47&name=Untitled%20design%20(24)-1%203-2.jpg)](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.foonkiemonkey.helloitsmeandroid) [![Dowload App Store 2](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Dowload%20App%20Store%202.png?width=173&height=53&name=Dowload%20App%20Store%202.png)](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hello-its-me/id6444901046)     ![Hello-its-Me_final-Logo_with-blackR-outside](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/hubfs/Hello-its-Me_final-Logo_with-blackR-outside.png) - [Privacy Policy](https://partnerships.focusedusolutions.com/privacy-policy) © 2026 Hello, It’s Me®, Is Owned by Focus EduSolutions [*Facebook*](https://www.facebook.com/helloitsmeapp)[*Instagram*](https://www.instagram.com/helloitsme_app/)[*LinkedIn*](https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/hello-its-me) [*Tiktok*](https://www.tiktok.com/@helloitsme_app) *Return to Top* ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "VideoObject", "contentUrl" : "https://stream.mux.com/nSqJrTBWoqh7H4HgbrPQW1UJIwHLPSVz7G69mRkwTjI/capped-1080p.mp4", "dateModified" : "2025-04-23T14:29:42.716Z", "duration" : "PT4M18S", "height" : 360, "name" : "Hello It_s Me draft", "thumbnailUrl" : "https://3296056.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/3296056/Hello%20It_s%20Me%20draft.mp4/medium.jpg?t=1745418582716", "uploadDate" : "2025-04-22T19:15:04.738Z", "width" : 640 } ```
